Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Prepare and maintain clean, safe job sites
- Operate hand/power tools and basic machinery under supervision
- Follow precise instructions from site supervisors and foremen
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team
