Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and safety zone setup
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and material transport
- Support carpenters and masons with basic tasks like cutting materials, mixing concrete, and tool management
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate basic equipment (hand tools, power tools, forklifts with certification)
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided by employer)
