Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools and equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, finishing, and demolition operations
- Perform site maintenance duties including debris removal and equipment checks
- Participate in daily team briefings and project updates
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – all training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with positive attitude
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively
