Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and remove debris
- Follow strict safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site inspections and report hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- No prior experience required – training provided
