Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and system repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Safely operate hand/power tools and test equipment
- Adhere to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform basic circuit troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Install lighting fixtures, outlets, and switchgear
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and material usage
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to obtain electrical certification within 6 months
