Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, terminate conduit, and strip wire to code.
- Ensure all job sites are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Help with equipment set-up, teardown, and material handling.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors, on ladders, and in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a trade.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
