Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate hand and power tools, including multimeters, wire strippers, and conduit benders.
- Prepare materials and tools for daily job sites and manage inventory efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to various job sites.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of math and geometry is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- A strong willingness to obtain a Florida Electrical License within 2 years of hire.
