Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Install and maintain electrical systems, conduits, and fixtures
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic repairs
- Adhere strictly to NEC safety codes and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Document work orders and maintain project logs
- Participate in emergency call-out rotations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for voltage/current calculations
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to job sites across KC metro
- Willingness to obtain Missouri electrical license within 12 months
