Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems (drains, pipes, fixtures)
- Install and maintain residential water heaters, garbage disposals, and HVAC plumbing components
- Perform preventative maintenance checks and system inspections
- Use specialized tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Document service reports and maintain clean work areas
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
