Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection techniques
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, and assembly under supervision
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company protocols
- Develop customer service skills through client interactions and job site communication
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and certification requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide full training!
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Houston metro
- Pass background check and drug screening
