Responsibilities
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems under expert supervision
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer feedback
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ensure all work complies with Arizona plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects and emergency repairs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly service equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we provide paid on-the-job training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
