Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
- Learn plumbing codes, safety protocols, and tool usage through hands-on training
- Prepare job sites, clean work areas, and transport materials/equipment
- Follow instructions from senior technicians and document work progress
- Perform basic pipe fitting, drainage system checks, and fixture repairs
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and tolerate outdoor conditions
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Orlando metro
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
