Our apprentice program is designed to mentor you through every aspect of residential and commercial plumbing, from reading blueprints to complex pipe installations. Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations.
- Perform basic pipefitting, including measuring, cutting, and threading pipe.
- Ensure all work is completed according to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including job sites and company vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be willing to obtain a Journeyman Plumber license within 3 years (we assist with training).
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and use modern plumbing tools.
