Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing next-gen generative AI solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Agentic AI, Multimodal models) and integrate them into product roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a strategic AI or Machine Learning leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the 2026 AI landscape, including LLMs, Transformer models, and AI agents.
- Experience in drafting AI ethics policies and compliance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, US guidelines).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
