Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for the 2026 technology stack, focusing on advanced AI, neural interfaces, and quantum-ready architectures.
- Architecture & Innovation: Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-time robotics.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives to explore emerging technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence, mentoring senior engineers and hiring top-tier talent to build a world-class engineering division.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous technical standards, conducting deep-dive code reviews and architectural audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate high-level concepts into actionable engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- System Design: Proven ability to design complex, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Emerging Tech: Strong understanding of generative AI, computer vision, and next-gen UI/UX paradigms.
