Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical and product roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI models and autonomous systems.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) for integration.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and business units.
- Present high-level strategic vision to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of strategists and researchers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or AI Research.
- Proven track record of leading innovation strategies from concept to execution.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
