Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal tasks
- Assist skilled trades with layout measurements and framing support
- Transport materials via forklifts or carts as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Miami-Dade
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Basic English communication skills
