Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic construction equipment (saws, drills, compactors) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Assist skilled tradespeople with layout, measuring, and material installation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and inspection reports
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (will provide if needed)
