Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Michigan electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using specialized tools
- Lead small crews and supervise apprentices on projects
- Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proven ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
