Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Nebraska.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to travel to various job sites within the Omaha metro area.
