Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on electrical systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project timelines are met.
- Educate clients on energy-efficient electrical solutions.
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights, attics, and confined spaces.
