Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Load/un construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating machinery
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn construction techniques
- Availability for weekend shifts and flexible weekday hours
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
