Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load and unload construction materials at job sites
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following OSHA standards
- Follow verbal instructions and collaborate effectively with team members
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily start times at 6:00 AM
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
