Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete basic carpentry/concrete tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with weekday flexibility
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina for manual labor in all weather
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (training provided)
- Pass background/drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills
