Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with project execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as directed
- Read basic blueprints and follow foreman instructions
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
