Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications accurately
- Ensure all work complies with Florida Electrical Code and OSHA standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and meters
- Coordinate with project managers and team members for seamless execution
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to clients
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and proper tool maintenance
- Complete detailed documentation for work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and local regulations
- Ability to work independently and in diverse environments (attics, crawl spaces)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for emergency calls
