Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure precise execution
- Lead teams of electricians while maintaining OSHA/NFPA compliance
- Diagnose complex electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for seamless project delivery
- Mentor junior technicians and enforce quality control protocols
- Manage inventory and procurement of electrical materials
- Document all work with detailed reports and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Master Electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with PLC controls, VFD systems, and power distribution
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights/enclosed spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership abilities
