Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Perform a wide range of plumbing services, including pipefitting, fixture installation, and repair of water heaters, faucets, and toilets.
- Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced tools and blueprints to provide effective solutions.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explain technical issues in plain language, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks on systems to prevent future failures and extend equipment life.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with dispatch and office staff to ensure efficient job scheduling and workflow.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Master Plumber license in the State of Florida (or ability to obtain).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Tools: Must have and maintain a personal set of high-quality plumbing tools.
- Reliability: Strong work history demonstrating punctuality, attendance, and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driver’s License: Current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
