Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing systems and hydraulic issues efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and costs.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize and manage daily service calls.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Proficiency in using modern plumbing tools, video pipe inspection equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drainage systems, and water heater installations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
