Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipes, and drainage.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Perform thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, clogs, or potential hazards.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, diagnosing issues clearly and communicating solutions to clients.
- Lead and mentor apprentice plumbers on-site when required.
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies for ongoing projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
