Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, structural framing, and site preparation during night shift hours
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Install MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) in commercial/residential projects
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional crews for seamless workflow integration
- Manage material inventory and staging for next-day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience with night shift preference
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Class B CDL license or heavy equipment operation certification
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued
