Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling operations under site supervision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., jackhammers, forklifts)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste management protocols
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and emergency procedures
- Assist skilled trades with material preparation and equipment setup
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to early morning shift start (5:00 PM - 1:30 AM)
