Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Construct and maintain scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment with precision
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing procedures
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety regulations
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and inspection logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
