Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations under night conditions
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and structural assembly
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job-site security
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing during overnight hours
- Manage waste disposal and job-site cleanliness for next-day operations
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and project specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform sustained physical labor
- Experience operating heavy machinery (excavator/certification preferred)
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 4-5 nights per week
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
