Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Complete daily shift reports and time sheets accurately
- Participate in emergency response drills as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
