Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (excavators, forklifts, etc.) with proper certifications
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material delivery and setup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Perform night-specific duties like concrete pours and equipment calibration
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure on-time project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
