Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and welders) with various on-site duties.
- Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general construction or labor.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
