Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting heavy construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site operations and installations.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding punctuality and attendance.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
