Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, concrete pouring, and framing
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and protocols
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and basic repairs
- Collaborate with team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Document work progress and report site issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
