Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling under night shift supervision
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) and assist with equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist skilled tradespersons with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Participate in daily team briefings and contribute to project timelines
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience or relevant trade training
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a night shift team
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
