Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise electrical layouts
- Diagnose complex electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Adhere to NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols during all operations
- Coordinate with shift supervisors and maintenance teams for seamless workflow
- Document maintenance activities and system updates in digital logs
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Electrician Journeyman License required
- Proficient with conduit bending, power distribution, and control systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting high-voltage systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emergency call-outs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
