Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during night shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, sewage systems, and drainage networks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites in compliance with OSHA standards
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication during high-pressure situations
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover of ongoing projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong diagnostic skills for water leaks, clogs, and system failures
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Proficient with trenchless pipe repair and camera inspection technologies
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Availability for flexible night shifts (typically 7 PM - 7 AM)
- Emergency response experience preferred
