Responsibilities
- Execute emergency plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential/commercial clients
- Diagnose complex pipe systems using advanced diagnostic tools and thermal imaging
- Install/repair water heaters, sewer lines, gas systems, and backflow prevention devices
- Ensure compliance with Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with dispatch teams and provide real-time updates for service tickets
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials in service vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service during high-pressure emergency situations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Active Washington State plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Expertise in trenchless pipe lining and hydro-jetting technologies
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Experience with digital service dispatch systems (e.g., ServiceTitan)
- Emergency response plumbing certification preferred
