Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support experienced plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Learn the Trade: Participate in a structured training program to master plumbing codes, blueprint reading, and fixture installation.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional manner, answering questions and providing updates on service status.
- Tool Management: Properly handle, maintain, and use a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized workspace after every job to ensure high standards of service.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero background in plumbing who are eager to learn and work hard.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
