Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean, organized work environments per OSHA standards
- Load/unuck construction materials and equipment
- Support skilled tradespersons with task-specific duties
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Availability for weekday mornings/weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check
