Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Maintain job site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Support concrete work, framing, and demolition tasks
- Perform light equipment operation (bobcats, forklifts after training)
- Report hazards and maintain organized work areas
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to motivated beginners
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Basic communication skills for team coordination
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
