Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Support demolition, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality required
- No prior experience necessary—training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
