Responsibilities

- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws) safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Collaborate with crew members to meet daily project milestones
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic hand tool knowledge and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to job sites within 50 miles of Buffalo
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with flexible weekday availability
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred
