Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in digging, leveling, and preparing surfaces for construction.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- OSHA 10 General Construction Certification is a plus but not required.
