Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily on-site tasks.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and heavy machinery safely.
- Transport materials, tools, and supplies to and from the job site.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Perform basic measurements, marking, and digging as directed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
